Dear Beaumont Resident,
As part of our Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA), Beaumont Transit is conducting a community survey to help shape our next 10-year Transit Plan. Your feedback will help us understand how to improve public transportation and better serve the Beaumont community.

Even if you do not currently ride Beaumont Transit, your opinion is very important. By sharing your perspective, you’ll help ensure that future transit investments reflect the needs and priorities of our entire community.

Beaumont Transit has partnered with ETC Institute, an independent research firm with extensive experience conducting community transportation surveys nationwide. ETC will collect and analyze responses on our behalf. All responses are confidential and will be used only for planning and service improvement purposes.
